Two new software radio solutions from engineers at D-TA Systems Inc., called RFvision-1
and RFvision-2, help enable sensor-independent processing for SIGnals INTelligence (SIGINT), RF spectrum monitoring; ELectronic INTelligence (ELINT); COMmunications INTelligence (COMINT), RF test and measurements; and arbitrary waveform generation applications.
The products’ real-time recording and playback of almost 2 GBps is possible due to D-TA’s
10 Gigabit sensor processing technology. Company engineers adapted the 10 Gigabit network technology for sensor processing. Additionally, the design has been implemented using FPGA technology. It is faster than most
computer buses and is free of the digital noise associated with a computer bus. The technology also uses optical fibers to transfer data over long distances if required. The D-TA product’s throughput rate can be increased by adding more fibers; multiple fibers also can be synchronized. This processing architecture is also sensor independent, remaining the same no matter which type of sensor is being processed.
The RFvision-1 has frequency coverage from 20 MHz to 6 GHz with a bandwidth of 40 MHz. The RFvision-2 delivers frequency coverage from 500 MHz to 26.5 GHz with a bandwidth of 500 MHz. Each product offers real-time recording and playback of the selected signal. Either one can be controlled from a user’s PC that uses a D-TA-supplied GUI. The D-TA devices also can be quickly deployed with little customization. For 90 percent of the solutions, all the user has to do is write the application code – the server can be dropped right into the network – making sensor-to-network a reality.

این شرکت یک کنسرسیوم اروپایی فعال در زمینه امور هسته ای است که مهمترین مرکز علمی و فناوری اتمی اروپا و قدیمی ترین بنیاد فعال هسته ای در اروپاست . خان ، مهندس پاکستانی مشهور به اداره حلقهء زیرزمینی فروش دانش و ابزارهای هسته ای ، در دههء 70 میلادی به عنوان محقق در این شرکت کار میکرد و با سرقت اسناد فنی این شرکت به نفع پاکستان ، زمینه ساز تبدیل شدن پاکستان به یک حاکمیت اتمی شد . چند سازمان اطلاعاتی اروپائی برای جلوگیری از فعالیتهای خان تلاشهائی کردند اما بعدا مشخص شد که سازمان اطلاعات مرکزی امریکا ، از فعالیتهای خان و یک شرکت سوئیسی که به لیبی ، آرژانتین ، کره شمالی ، مصر ، عراق و ایران فناوری هسته ای صادر میکردند با خبر بوده است و بجای توقف آنها یا رفتار پلیسی ، با نفوذ در شبکهء خان در اروپا ، توانست نفوذ عمیقتری در توسعهء اتمی کشورهای ذکر شده انجام دهد . خان به دلیل وابستگیهای قوی به عناصر نظامی و اطلاعاتی در پاکستان هیچ وقت دچار مشکلی نشد و خانوادهء سوئیسی همکار او هم اخیرا از اتهامات تبرئه شدند اما افراد مختلفی شامل معامله گران و دانشمندان کشورهای فوق الذکر لطمه دیدند یا با ترفندهای اطلاعاتی سیا ، لطمات عمیقتری به توسعه اتمی این کشورها وارد شد ، مانند فروش اقلام خاص به ایران که برای تخریب ، ابتدا در اروپا تولید و برای باز-مهندسی به امریکا منتقل و سپس توسط شبکهء خان فروخته شد . در کتاب Fallout ، نتیجه تحقیق یک دهه مولفین در مورد نقش این شبکه و سازمان سیا مطالب و مستندات با ارزشی وجود دارد . بهر حال ، نقطهء شروع تقریبا تمام وقایعی که طی سه دههء اخیر منجر به شکستهای اتمی یا چالشهای اتمی جدی شد ، حضور خان در این شرکت و سرقت اطلاعات فنی بود . خان که ابتدا فقط یک مهندس ساده متالورژی بود بخاطر هوشمندی و انگیزهء لازم برای کمک به پاکستان برای ساخت «بمب اسلامی» ، خیلی سریع در این شرکت رشد کرد و سازمانهای اطلاعات آلمان و هلند زمانی در مورد اقدام به جمع بندی رسیدند که خیلی دیر شده بود و «فاکتور امریکائی» هم مزید بر علت . بد نیست توجه شود که اولین سند آشکار در مورد فعالیت اتمی جدی در ایران - مثلا در حوزهء نوترون - مقالهء مشترک خان و آقای دکتر فریدون عباسی ، ریاست محترم فعلی سازمان انرژی هسته ای است که در دههء هشتاد در یک سمپوزیم متالورژی ارائه شده است .
